This restaurant is a lot like a band in its infancy. It has that handful of people that love it more and more each time they listen to the music. In this case, So Dam Hot has more than a handful of people that love the food more and more each time they eat it. And like the band no one knows about, this restaurant will grow, and get bigger, and touch the hearts of more and more people.
Sometimes you feel bummed when that band reaches its full potential and everyone is listening to them. But then again you're happy for them, because they are doing well, and they deserve whats coming to them. So Dam Hot is a ticking time bomb. A kick ass franchise waiting to happen. They are just like the tiny band that keeps getting bigger. This restaurant is constantly putting something new out to keep the customer on the edge of their seat, as well as providing the classic comfort foods America has come to love. I don't want to keep this restaurant to myself, the world should get to enjoy what I've enjoyed.
I've never had so much fun at a restaurant before. It's probably because its more like a second home, with a big family and lots of good cooks. If I ever want to take off and do something, someones got my back. If I ever need advice, I can ask anyone there. I have learned so many valuable lessons that I've lost the need for parents and my education. I basically learned how to run my own business, how to cook, and how to read and follow directions. Most importantly, I learned the value of doing things the right way, the first time.
To conclude my opinion, I would just like to say if you don't believe me, stop by for a bite. Its more than just good food, I promise you.
